Travel programmes rooted in culture, care and collaboration

For organisations, foundations and professionals working across cultures and contexts

GINI supports organisations that want to travel, convene or host programmes in a way that is culturally grounded, ethically responsible and relational. We work with organisations who value depth over volume, and who want travel to contribute to learning, exchange and long-term relationships.

Organisations and professionals shaping meaningful programmes

Who we work with

GINI works with individual travellers, organisations and professionals. While needs differ, the process remains relational, transparent and intentional.

Companies & teams

Teams and organisations working across cultures

Companies & teams

We support companies with cultural programmes, DEI-informed travel experiences and trade missions & delegations that go beyond surface-level engagement.

Foundations & non-profits

Non-profits and mission-driven organisations

Foundations & non-profits

We collaborate with foundations and non-profits on educational travel, cultural exchange, site visits and impact-driven programmes, often in partnership with local organisations.

Educational institutions

Schools, universities and learning programmes

Educational institutions

We support universities, schools and learning programmes with contextual travel, study trips and exchange programmes grounded in history, culture and lived experience.

Professionals & hosts

Facilitators, retreat leaders and programme hosts

Professionals & hosts

For facilitators, retreat leaders and programme hosts who have content and a group, but seek support with ethical travel design, logistics and on-the-ground coordination.

Containers rather than off-the-shelf products

What we support

GINI does not work with fixed catalogues. Instead, we support organisations through flexible containers that are shaped in dialogue and aligned with context, capacity and intention.

Examples include trade missions and delegations, cultural and educational exchange, hosted journeys and retreats, DEI-informed tours and custom impact travel.

Three collaboration models, depending on your needs

How we work together

GINI does not work with fixed catalogues. Instead, we support organisations through flexible containers that are shaped in dialogue and aligned with context, capacity and intention.

Examples include trade missions and delegations, cultural and educational exchange, hosted journeys and retreats, DEI-informed tours and custom impact travel.

Who organises what?

Roles & responsibilities

Depending on the collaboration model, GINI may act as organiser, co-organiser or supplier. Roles and responsibilities are always clarified in advance, so expectations are clear for all parties involved.

GINI designs, organises and delivers the travel component, including logistics, suppliers and coordination.

This model is suitable when organisations want one accountable partner and a fully held process.

The organisation delivers the programme or content, while GINI designs and coordinates the travel component.

This model works well for retreats, learning programmes or delegations where content and travel are clearly separated.

GINI acts as a local supplier and advisor, supporting ethical procurement, partner selection and contextual insight.

Suitable for organisations with internal capacity who value local grounding and responsible practice.

  • When GINI acts as organiser
GINI takes responsibility for the travel component and related coordination, in line with applicable regulations.

  • When responsibilities are shared
The organisation delivers programme content, while GINI coordinates agreed travel elements.

  • When GINI acts as supplier or advisor
GINI supports with local coordination or ethical guidance, while the organisation remains organiser.

Beyond logistics

Why organisations choose GINI

GINI works with long-term local relationships, centres cultural context and prioritises ethical collaboration. We bridge strategy and lived experience, supporting organisations to move with care and clarity.

Cultural remembrance

GINI's impact

Support local economies

By joining a GINI journey or experience, you support local hosts, guides and creatives. +10% of our sales are reinvested into grassroots initiatives. Your presence helps circulate wealth fairly and contributes to lasting, community-led impact, where it’s needed most and where it grows with dignity.

Slow and soulful experiences

Whether it’s a one-day experience or a longer journey, GINI moves at the pace of presence. You’re invited to connect and engage without rush. We create space for joy, reflection and genuine exchange, offering experiences that nourish you and honour the people and stories you meet along the way.

Leave a lasting impact

Every GINI experience creates ripple effects, social, cultural and economic. From hands-on contribution to conscious spending, your participation supports grounded, long-term change. Together, we shift from extractive tourism to intentional travel that uplifts, respects and stays behind when you move on.

Stories that remember

GINI experiences centre cultural remembrance. You’re welcomed not as a tourist but as a guest, to listen, witness and honour the stories that shaped a place. We travel to remember, to reconnect, and to make space for narratives too often left out, dismissed or forgotten in mainstream tourism.

Two ways to explore collaboration

How to start

For those ready to explore possibilities

Start designing your journey

If you have an idea, a question or a direction you want to explore, you can start by sharing your context and intention. From there, we’ll look together at what kind of journey or programme could take shape, without obligation to proceed further.

For questions or orientation

Book a clarity session

If you’re unsure where to start, or want to explore options before committing to a design process, a clarity session offers space to ask questions, reflect together and decide on a next step that feels right.
