GINI Professional Services was founded by Virginia Scheele, a programme strategist, founder and facilitator working at the intersection of culture, impact and execution.
With experience across government, NGOs, entrepreneurship and community-driven initiatives, Virginia supports organisations in translating vision into meaningful and executable realities.
Alongside her work within the broader GINI ecosystem, she is active as a moderator, facilitator and speaker on themes including cultural remembrance, tourism, systems change and social impact.
Her work is rooted in collaboration, regenerative thinking and creating initiatives that move beyond performative impact towards tangible change and meaningful connection.
